Ely Ladies celebrated International Women's Day in style with all three teams winning their matches today????!
The Ladies 1s secured a 4-0 win away against Long Sutton guaranteeing them 2nd place in the league and possible promotion?! A goal from Connie put them 1-0 up at half time. In the second half they came out stronger with Dobbie scoring from a reverse hit, a short corner was converted by Rhi and another field goal from Ellie with 10 mins to go.
The Ladies 2s played 2nd in the league City of Peterborough 4s and won 1-0 guaranteeing them a place in the top 4 of their league! A goal by Evie half way through the first half secured the win.
And in their game away against Wisbech 4s, the Ladies 3s won 2-0 with goals scored by Lauren and Simone!!!
